By creating an account or using BethelStockPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
BethelStockPro is a multi-tenant restaurant management platform providing inventory tracking, point of sale, loyalty management, analytics, and team management tools. The platform is provided by A Place Called Bethel ("we", "us", "our").
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share accounts between different businesses or individuals.
Paid plans are billed yearly via Paystack. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payment is due at the start of each billing period. There are no refunds for partial periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Demo accounts are provided for evaluation purposes only. Demo data is entirely fictitious. All demo data is permanently deleted after 7 days with no exceptions. Demo accounts may not be used for real business operations. Using a demo account for real restaurant management is done at your own risk.
You own your business data. We do not sell your data to third parties. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We are not liable for business decisions made based on data entered into the platform.
You agree not to: • Use the platform for illegal purposes • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform • Share access credentials with unauthorized parties • Use the platform to store data belonging to businesses you do not own or manage • Attempt to access other users' data
BethelStockPro is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the account settings. Upon termination, your data will be preserved for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
