1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using BethelStockPro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

BethelStockPro is a SaaS inventory management platform for Nigerian food and beverage businesses. We provide tools for stock tracking, purchase management, production logs, and analytics.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions are billed annually. Payments are processed via Paystack. Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the billing period unless renewed. No refunds for unused periods.

4. Demo Accounts

Demo accounts provide 7 days of full access with pre-seeded data. Demo data is automatically deleted after the trial period expires.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, the accuracy of data you enter, and ensuring authorised use by your team members.

6. Intellectual Property

The BethelStockPro platform, brand, and all associated software are owned by A Place Called Bethel. Your business data remains yours.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

BethelStockPro is provided "as is". We are not liable for financial decisions made based on data within the platform, data loss due to user error, or third-party service outages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
