We collect information you provide directly (name, email, business details) and data generated through your use of the platform (inventory records, transaction logs, staff data). We do not sell your data to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to provide and improve our service, send operational alerts (low stock, expiry notifications), and respond to support requests. Aggregate, anonymised data may be used for product analytics.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Backups are retained for 30 days.

4. Cookies

We use authentication session cookies and a single non-functional cookie to support our admin impersonation feature. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@bethelstockpro.com.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (database/auth), Resend (transactional email), and Paystack (payment processing). Each has its own privacy policy.
